This article provides information on the development of cooperation between the Agency «Emercom» and VNII GOCHS (FC) with the National directorate of civil defense of the Ministry of internal affairs of Tunisia through the International Civil Defense Organization. Information is provided on the number and dynamics of natural disasters and catastrophes that have occurred on the territory of the Tunisian Republic over the past 75 years. Information is provided on the scientific symposium on emergency management and disaster management, which took place on February 18–20, 2025, and also about the participation of the Agency «Emercom» and the VNII GOCHS (FC) in the scientific symposium and about the prospects for the existing cooperation.
