CRITERIA FOR SELECTING THE WORST-CASE FIRE SCENARIOS WHEN ANALYZING FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN TERMS OF REDUCING FIRE DISTANCES BETWEEN OBJECTS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The influence of ambient temperature, wind speed and direction on the simulation results is estimated. The conditions for ensuring the greatest thermal effect are considered. It is noted that the issues of compliance of the object of protection with fire safety requirements require a detailed and comprehensive study of the object, including using computational methods that model and reconstruct the development and spread of fire in certain specified conditions. It is stated that when calculating the safe fire-fighting distance, an important feature of modeling is that in most cases it is necessary to consider the advanced stage of the fire within the building floor. In addition, when conducting field fire modeling, it is necessary to correctly set the parameters that affect both the process of heat propagation between objects and the results obtained.

Keywords:
