The Northern Sea Route «stitches together» the country, makes it unified, ensures the export of export-oriented goods and the northern delivery of essential goods. The Northern Sea Route is not just a transport artery, but an integration project combining efforts in the field of economics, infrastructure and technology. The issue of its development as a logistics highway is in the foreground. By competing with the Suez Canal, the Northern Sea Route is turning into a territory where the interests of Russia and Western countries collide, so the Russian Federation is taking measures to preserve and enhance its sovereignty.
