Abstract:
The article presents the sequence of development and application of active seminar formats in the educational process, as well as the teaching methods and tools at Saint-Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia. A classification of seminars based on the order of practice (discussion) of educational material is considered. The types and main tasks addressed in seminar classes are shown.
