The article analyzes the life and activities of emperor Alexander I. It provides a brief biography of the emperor, highlights his achievements in the field of fire safety, and discusses the reforms he implemented for the benefit of the Russian state. The article highlights the efforts made to establish a professional fire department in Russia, the creation of the first fire brigades, and their organization and structure.
