Abstract:
The article discusses issues of effective management, maintaining a high level of expertise of experts, as well as increasing the reliability and validity of expert opinions relevant to any expert institutions, regardless of their organizational and legal form and departmental affiliation. Practical suggestions are given on the formation of organizational and managerial decisions, as well as methods, processes and resources used to improve the quality of forensic expertise necessary to create conditions for the effective provision of justice. The article offers an author's approach to the development of a quality management system for forensic institutions performing engineering and technical expertise, taking into account the identified specifics of their production.
