This work is devoted to the study of the features of professional burnout among social work specialists and the development of recommendations for preventing and reducing professional burnout among these specialists. While authoring the thesis, a group of specialists in social work was studied using the questionnaires of V.V. Boyko and K. Maslach to study the features of professional burnout among these specialists. Based on the data obtained, a statistical analysis of the data was conducted using a program for statistical data processing SPSS Statistics, the results of which made it possible to give certain recommendations on preventing and reducing professional burnout among social work specialists.
