In this paper we consider the problem of heterochrony affecting the level of training and development of professionally significant qualities of cadets universities Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations. Shows one method of solving the problem of uneven and heterochrony in the development of professionally significant qualities. Discloses methods of application of circuit training, studied physiological indicators cadets fire service Emergency Situations of Russia, showing the effectiveness of the use of circuit training in the process of learning experiences in physical training.
