The article gives a philosophical analysis of natural and artificial grounds negative and positive eugenics. The direction as an objective eugenic process, not depending on the desires and the will of human and improvement of biological and social its organization, and direction of eugenics is associated with a variety of ways of improvement of human nature by the person. The author specifies that eugenics is not irresponsible fantasy, but quite real science and practice of the future.
