Abstract (English):
The approach to solving the problem of risk assessment of the destruction of objects of the transport network in an emergency, based on the apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets. Using a methodology for implementing the solution of this problem, will conduct a rapid assessment of the risk of the destruction of objects of the transport network in an emergency to make sound decisions on prevention and liquidation of es consequences.
