Abstract (English):
Presented pedagogical analysis of the nature and content of information and communication technologies in education. Shows the relationship between the implementation of modern requirements to improve the training of EMERCOM of Russia and applying these to information and communication technologies in education colleges of EMERCOM of Russia. Disclosed features and aspects of the use of information and communication technologies as a condition for improving the educational process in higher education of EMERCOM of Russia.
