Abstract (English):
Proposed conceptual approach to improve the effectiveness of information support of decision making on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations on the railway transport objects through the use of information systems of distributed computing. The use of opportunities information systems of distributed computing will significantly reduce the duration of the evaluation periods of execution of urgent emergency-restoration works on the destroyed objects, and thus, to increase efficiency and quality of the automated analysis and information support making decisions.
