In this paper the technique of phase use the command-competitive method in the educational process of physical training of the cadets of university of state fire service of EMERCOM of Russia. Given the adaptation of students in the initial period of training to the educational process and service activities, proposes a methodology to assess the implementation of group exercises command and competitive method with emphasis on libosphysics cadets. In the period of deep specialization in the senior year, the methodology of assessment of group exercises command and competitive method and application of point system, with emphasis on the maximum result. The urgency of application of offered methods is, in the formation of social stability in adaptation period, contributing to the alignment of psychophysiological indices ensure quality and service activities. The use of the method at the undergraduate, creates a stressful situation and practice of psycho-physiological abilities of cadets, thereby ensuring that the level of professional readiness for the upcoming service in the ranks of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia. Carried out researches confirm the efficiency of the methods of use of group exercises command and competitive method of increasing the level of social stability, physical fitness in the period of teaching students at university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia.
