Conceptual approach to an assessment of limits of stability of optimum solutions of the modified transport tasks, in the conditions of an emergency situation of regional scale is presented. Questions of formation of competitive options of the organization of material support of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations at elimination of consequences of an emergency are considered. The offered approach can be of interest to the solution of the practical tasks connected with increase of efficiency of control systems of material support of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations at elimination of consequences of an emergency.
