Abstract (English):
Paper discusses the classification of strategies for professional self-fulfillment of female students of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other law enforcement agencies. Four types of student’s personality are identified: hedonic, formal, instrumental, and essential. Their substance, self-fulfillment characteristics and respective life strategies are revealed.
