Abstract (English):
Article explores the capabilities of applied swimming training on the basis of the transformation of single inefficient technical elements. Tnotion of substitution exercises of transformative orientation is formulated. Feasibility of effective eformation of applied swimming skills on the basis oftraining exercises is revealed. Found that application of transforming exercises in educational process reduces the pedagogical cost of training applied swimming technical elements. Results of the pedagogical experiment characterizing changes ofprocedural training indicators arepresented.
