The article shows the structure of the organizational activities of the head of the motivation of future activity, orientation, formation of belief in the importance of this exercise, ensuring the unity of actions of teachers and teaching groups, providing direct assistance in the process of implementation of work, selecting the most adequate forms of incentives, evaluation of progress and results of the individual case.
