In the article the questions of forming of motivation to the service of employees of special branches of the federal fire service of emergency of Russia related to the protection of especially important and regime objects and objects of cultural heritage of the country. While detailing the various systems of assessment and formation of motivation of professional activity, they resolve such issues as motivate undisciplined employees, training, economic motivation and others.
