This article is devote to the problem of transport safety, including the introduction «system-112» and it interaction with «eCall» technology in the transport sector. The article provides data on passenger traffic of public transport in the Russian Federation, there are the statistical treatment of the dead and injured in transport in this research. It proves the necessity of promoting «system-112» by means of the transport sector, there are examples of foreign experience in popularization of this system. It provides data of awareness Voronezh citizen about a single call number of security services.
