Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of experimental study of neural characteristics (the ratio of processes of excitation and inhibition and lability of the Central nervous system) cadets of Saint- Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia in the groups with different severity of cognitive styles. To explore the intellectual activity of students in the study used the following parameters of cognitive styles: field dependence/field-independence, rigidity/flexibility cognitive style. The results of the study was a comparative analysis of the studied143parameters. The research material was obtained using a hardware-software complex physiological and psychological tests «NS - Psychotest».
