Abstract (English):
The article deals with the process automation system selection and training of junior officers cadet divisions of the university of EMERCOM of Russia, implemented in the form of an electronic document «Sergeant’s Card». The structure of a Sergeant’s Card allocated to solve the problem, analyzed the role of a Sergeant’s Card in the optimization activities of the officers of the faculty to ensure academic units competent sergeants.
