COMPLEX CRITERION FOR SELECTION OF FIRE-TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT FOR EQUIPPING THE DEPARTMENTS OF EMERCOM OF RUSSIA

Abstract (English):
The article deals with the problem of reducing the influence of the human factor during the selection of fire-technical equipment, to improve the technical equipping of departments of EMERCOM of Russia. There is proposed the complex criterion of relative general utility based on objective values of fire-technical equipment usage in the departments of EMERCOM of Russia. Its contents, the general scheme of choosing the preferred fire-technical equipment and the algorithm for its realization are disclosed on the example of hydraulic rescue tool.
