The work presents a brief overview of the concepts of development of medical robotics, designed to rescue and evacuate the injured and wounded during peacetime accidents and in the context of military operations. The concepts of ground and aerial robotics are given. The role of the use of rescue drones in the struggle to reduce human losses is discussed.
