Abstract (English):
For the purpose of creating of quality control system of normative legal regulation of fire safety matters in subjects of the Russian Federation the method of quantitative assessment of quality of normative legal regulation of fire safety matters in subjects of the Russian Federation is developed. It is established thatthe method has high reliability and rating results correlate with fire situation in the region. There are assigned possible directions of adoption of the method realization in Russian activity.
