Abstract (English):
Dedicated to the idea of restorative justice, one of the leading problems of science of criminal law and criminology. Attention is drawn to the fact that restorative justice can understand justice itself, not as punishment of the guilty, but as a reconciliation of victims of misconduct by the subjects, their moral, mental and psychological healing. Restoration is perceived as a progressive direction of justice, focused primarily on first-time offenders (crime), as well as juvenile offenders (criminals).
