Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
Dedicated to legal responsibility of tourist activity subjects and tourists as the means of emergency safety providing. The attention is drawn to the fact that the legal responsibility is the means of increasing the level of tourism safety particularly connected with the threats of emergency situations occurrence. The questions of lack of legal regulation in the field of tourism safety providing connected with the threats of emergency situations including the questions of legal responsibility in this sphere of public relations are considered. Some offers concerning the improvement of contemporary legislation with the help of the civil legal and the administrative legal responsibility of tourists when the emergency situation is caused by the activity of tourist are made.
