Necessity of acceptance of the new Federal law «About safety» is proved in the article. The rather-legal analysis of the Federal law «About safety» and the Law of the Russian Federation«About safety» is carried out. Norms of the law of the Russian Federation «About safety» which are into conflict with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and legislature are revealed. It is offered to include in the Federal Law «About safety», some norms from the Law of the Russian Federation «About safety».
