Abstract (English):
The actual questions of investigation performing by organs of Emergency Situations Ministry and the problem of opportunity of operatively-search acting by the departments of Emergency Situations Ministry are considered in the article. The analysis of powers of other law-enforcement organs and the possibility of giving this power to the departments of Emergency Situations Ministry is made. The definition for the juridical categories: organs of operative search and law-enforcement organs is given.
