Abstract (English):
In the given work questions of election of a direction of perfection of modern is standard-legal base regarding definition and appointment of administrative stay of activity for offences in the field of fire safety are considered. Administrative stay of activity as a measure of administrative responsibility for infringements of requirements of fire safety. The mechanism of its application, participation of State Fire Supervision inrealisation and control of an execution of the punishment. Public relations, relations of enforcement authorities (State Fire Supervision, the device of federal judges, service judicial police officers, Office of Public Prosecutor) developing at appointment and execution of administrative stay of activity.
