Article is devoted to the legal status of civil agencies. The article investigates the right side of the agencies in the reform legislation of the Russian Federation. Conducted a theoretical analysis. After the analysis, the authors express the view of the dualistic nature of the agencies and the need to make to the existing civil law changes by its specificity and standardization.
