Abstract (English):
In given article process of introduction of a principle of unity of cash desk in a control system of budgetary funds of the Russian state is investigated during financial reform of 60-70th years ХIХ century.The author the maintenance of a principle of unity of cash desk reveals, necessity of its introduction for the purpose of maintenance of unity, rationalization and strengthening of control of the state budget in Alexander's board II is shown.
