Abstract (English):
Dedicated to questions of contemporary condition of criminal legislation on the crimes encroaching on an oil and gas complex. The attention is drawn to some complexities in qualification of crimes in considered sphere of public relations. Problem questions of practice of use of criminal law rules concerning the responsibility for committing considered acts are shown. A number of offers concerning current legislation improvement about the crimes encroaching on an oil and gas complex are brought.
