This article discusses the issues of fire safety under the lease, the obligation to ensure that fire safety requirements, as well as penalties tenant and landlord for violations of fire safety requirements. In addition, the reflected fire safety features in a lease which provides some guidance for the elimination of legal gaps in the contract of lease, as well as examples of the materials of judicial practice.
