Abstract (English):
The factors influencing a choice by the managing subject of a type of interaction with Department of Internal Affairs on the basis of the formal and logic analysis method and expert evaluations method are defined in article, and their values for such types of interaction, as assistance, inaction and counteraction are mentioned also.The assessment of the importance of these factors for modern social and economic conditions is carried out on the basis of expert evaluations method.
