Abstract (English):
Dedicated to the study of the civil status of the state of the expert institution in today, which is an institution of civil law governing the activities of government agencies engaged in a lawful manner, and providing the most efficient governance to institutions. With the establishment on the basis of test fire laboratory forensic institutions appeared forensic expert system FPS. Marked and a number of issues in its activities, an early solution which will boost the quality of work carried out.
