The main problems of the formation of a single insurance market in the EurAsEC are significant differences in the insurance legislation of the Member States, the low efficiency of state regulation of insurance activities, the opacity of the financial statements, unequal conditions of access for foreign insurers in the economic space of the Eurasian Economic Community, etc. Topical issue in signing EurAsEC «Protocol on the establishment of common insurance market states - members of the Eurasian Economic Community» is the fire insurance of property of legal entities. Currently, fire insurance may be the voluntary and mandatory, but maybe with time fire insurance will be mandatory for individuals and businesses. In order for the insurance market has been formed and acted in all countries of the Community, it is necessary improve the functioning of national insurance markets and harmonize the system of insurance law EurAsEC countries.
