Abstract (English):
It is devoted to questions of a current state of criminal legislation, the content of criminal policy of Russia in the sphere of customs regulation. The attention to the existence of quite enough problems of application of the criminal legislation in the considered sphere of the public relations is paid. The author's position concerning the latest changes and additions to norms of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, providing responsibility for commission of customs crimes is expressed.
