The article is devoted to the problem of acquiring the status of rescuers by decision of administrative bodies, are implemented peculiarities of training under the programs of training of rescuers and certification39for carrying out emergency rescue work. Explains the procedure for obtaining the books of the salvor, insurance rescuers in carrying out emergency rescue work, disclosed criteria for determining the responsibility of professional and volunteer emergency rescue units.
