The article is devoted to the topical issues of global risk-management of the environment. The development of a terrestrial civilization is closely connected with technological development, which is accompanied by the destruction of девственной nature - the face of the planet has become a new and come in a state of continual consumption. Anthropogenic and technogenic of human impact on the flora and fauna has led to the situation when the impact of man became like a natural phenomena - a conflict arose between the society and nature. At the same time in the development of the world civilization came cascade of global crises, which can be prevented the formation of a multipolar world order. This is reflected in the accompanying diagram. The transition to the new world order is able to preserve life on earth and create a quality risk management system.
