Organizational and legal questions of cooperation of CIS countries in the fight against crimes of a terrorist orientation are considered. Authors considered the contemporary international and internal legislation and also expressed their own positions concerning some questions in the considered sphere of the public relations. The attention is paid to a number of difficulties with implementation of universal and regional international agreements in the fight against terrorism sphere which now continues to exist, and the measures taken in the states of the CIS are not always rather coordinated and agreed. The necessity of carrying out an effective fight against terrorism and crimes of a terrorist orientation with an active assistance of the OUN is emphasized.
