Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This article analyzes the nature and content of legal responsibility for offenses in the field of protection and use of land devoted to theoretical approaches to the perception of this complex legal category. We study the actual, normative, subjective and procedural grounds of legal liability for violation of land legislation. The characteristic features of land law violations, describes the peculiarities of the legal status of the subjects of legal relations in connection with the violation of land rights. A definition for a discussion of legal liability for violation of the law of the land as part of the content of tort law relations.
