Abstract (English):
Legal regulation of the budgetary alignment of territorial educations in the Russian Federation Эis investigated. The special attention is paid to the legal characteristic of tools of the mechanism of the budgetary alignment, need of acceptance of a number of measures for improvement of legal regulation of the budgetary alignment is proved.
