Abstract (English):
Qualification of fires resulting from the breach of fire safety requirements, can be carried out on various articles of the Criminal code of Russia depending on the content of evidence of a crime - from the content of the main direct object, the properties of an item, the nature and amount of the damage. Corpus delicti, provided for senior 219 of the criminal code, competes with many norms of the criminal legislation, which causes certain difficulties for law enforcement. A brief legal analysis of a crime under the senior 219 of the criminal code. Peculiarities of qualification of crimes in case of conjunction of norms envisaging responsibility for violation of requirements of fire safety.
