Abstract (English):
Influence legal regulations of the taxation on ensuring the budgetary safety of the state is considered. The special attention is paid to measures of impact of the tax law on the corresponding elements of tax system, identification of specific goals of legislative correction of the used tools and methods of the mechanism of tax administration in the course of formation of stability of a financial system.
