Reviewed by big legal material, including legislation and statutory regulations, as well as various forms of reaction of the Prosecutor's Office to protect and restore the rights of liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. Shows the practical activity of the Russian Prosecutor's Office, which protects the rights of all workers, irrespective of their nationality and place of residence on the territory of Russia.
