Considered legal acts of the Russian Empire in the field of flood control, included in the Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian Empire. The classification of legal acts in the field of flood control. The requirements to be met by buildings that are prone to flooding, and disposal measures in the event of a threat of flooding, the order of compensation and benefits for flood victims.
