Abstract (English):
This article explores features limitation of constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual in emergency (crisis) situations, shows the classification of natural and man-made disasters, held the distinction criteria limits the rights and freedoms of man and citizen under emergency conditions and the introduction of a state of emergency on the basis of analysis of the provisions of the Russian legislation.
