The article identifies main problems of jurisdiction and the under-cudnosti administrative and civil cases of military courts of the Russian Federation, focuses on the characteristics of the use of military courts code of administrative procedure. Issues and the relevance of the study in the first place stems from the fact that article 17 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, which contains General criteria of jurisdiction of administrative cases is not specified direct jurisdiction of cases to military courts. It is necessary to identify it for further specification of the ways of increase of efficiency of activity of the military courts, including the adaptation of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation rules of the Russian Federation to the needs of the judiciary, dealing with the procedure of Chapter 22 of the Russian Federation cap.
