Abstract (English):
In this article an author offers new equations of motion of viscous liquid under the action of the gravitational potential in the hydrostatic approximation. These mathematical models allow us to calculate the extreme safety level of the surface coastal water areas of the sea, bays and rivers (high tides, low tides), and water pollution from ships with accidental emissions.
