Abstract (English):
In article problems and forms of interaction of the educational sphere and the enterprises of real sector of economy of the Russian Federation are considered. In the analysis of this perspective results of monitoring of personnel processes at the power enterprise are used, effective application of results of researches of competences and qualification of personnel structure for the subsequent development of the production personnel is shown.
